Being fortunate enough to revegetate some land with local native plants I was allowed the pleasure of watching these plants grow from seedlings to maturity in each season. With my attention then drawn to the finer details of our interesting Tasmanian native plants I attended introductory classes with Lauren Black. Finding that I enjoy painting watercolour botanical art more than anticipated, I have started a journey of learning this gentle art of pencil and colour.
